Consultancy Services

I provide specialist Early Years consultancy for new and established settings, supporting schools, nurseries, founders and education groups to build strong foundations, strengthen quality and develop systems that can be sustained over time.

Safeguarding support is also available across both nursery and whole-school contexts.

Every organisation has a unique starting point. Support is therefore shaped around the setting’s needs, priorities, stage of development, and cultural and organisational context. Contact me to discuss your organisation’s needs.

For schools in Egypt, support may also include helping leaders understand relevant published Ministry requirements, evaluate their current arrangements and identify implementation priorities.

Intended Outcome

Clearer responsibilities, stronger systems and more confident staff, supporting a sustainable culture in which children’s safety and wellbeing are understood as a shared responsibility.

Interlocking pieces representing consultancy support shaped around each organisation’s context.

Support shaped around your context

Consultancy support does not need to follow a fixed package. Support may take the form of a focused review, defined project, professional learning programme, coaching or advisory work, delivered on-site, remotely or through a blended approach.

The scope, format and timescale of any work would be agreed in advance, following a clear understanding of the organisation’s priorities.

Not sure which form of support you need?

You do not need to identify a particular service or package before getting in touch. An initial conversation can help clarify the context, priorities and most appropriate form of support.
